Aluminum Perforated Plate is a light metal sheet with high performance easy to fabricate and punched into round hole, slot and ornamental patterns, ideal material in the manufacture of perforated metal screen.

Material Grade: Aluminum and aluminum alloy
Plate thickness: 1mm to 6mm
Plate width: 2200mm max.
Finish: Natural aluminum, powder coated into colors.

Aluminum perforated plate is lighter than both steel and stainless-steel perforated plate, while offering good corrosion resistance, weldability, and formability.
Aluminum perforated plate comes in several sizes. The most commonly used is a staggered hole pattern which comes in full and cut sheet sizes ready to go.

How to Make Aluminum Perforated Plates:
Process cycle:
First step: Alu sheet is fed to the machine by means of a Roller System Mechanism while the die is preloaded on the machine.
Second step: On feeding the sheet, the upper section of the machine starts stroking.
Third step: The aluminum sheet is perforated as per the die pattern and is moved forward by the the perforated pitch setting on the machine, with the next stroke of the slide.
This cycle of feeding sheet material to be perforated and perforating is repeated automatically.
